Want me to try like this for a few weeks, and then they will see how the Ford Pass System can actually cause this, how it can be fixed, and then fix it. They hope that will determine that the problem is that Ford Pass is searching for a connection constantly, not finding one when car is off and in an indoor garage, and draining the 12 volt battery overnight. Eventually, after many tests and days and contacts with Ford Hot Line and Ford Engineers, tried disconnecting the module that enables the capability for the Ford Pass to connect, including when the car is off. Battery Technology: Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) Negative Terminal Location: Top Left. Notes: OE Exact Fit, 760 Cold cranking amps (950 cranking Amps). Second occurrence three weeks later, eventually jump started after two different Ford tow trucks tried to get car going, but towed to dealer immediately while 12 volt battery was still discharged. Check if this fits your 2020 Ford Escape. They had it one week - leading to a new Hybrid Battery after only 3000 Km (1800 miles). Ford Roadside Assistance eventually Jump Started it the first first time, and I drove it to dealer for investigation. Goes into Deep Sleep Mode, will not start or even open locks, show courtesy lights. Since January 2021, similar thing happened to my 2020 Escape Hybrid.
